Naomi Katheu (Adek) is one who knows too well the struggles of excess weight, diminishing health and pain that it brings. She is also a distinguished professional in the field of nutrition, with an advanced master of study in maternal and child nutrition. She also holds a BA in Humanitarian Assistance, specializing in nutrition and food security. With a robust academic background and practical experience, Naomi is a registered Dietitian and a certified nutrition-based weight loss coach, committed to making a significant impact in the lives of women.

Naomi's journey into nutrition was inspired by her passion for helping others and her profound understanding of the importance of health and well-being. She believes that every woman has the potential to reach their God-given life purpose and that good health is a crucial part of this journey. Hey dear,

I am so excited seeing the fruits of the weight loss program I am doing with you.

I have had so far several people tell me how you get I look, and asking what am I doing as I seem to have cut lots of weight.

It's been just a month or so and 4.85kgs gone. I am feeling lighter, I sleep better and I am able to work we'll both at home and in the office. I was previously perpetually tired but now I am feeling way better.

@⁨Naomi Katheu⁩ I’m enjoying the journey I cannot tell you the last time I was 65kg. I’m soo happy. 3 more to go. Sitaki kufika 60. Aki I will be a walking stick.

I wanted to loose 5 kg but Naomi told me let’s push it to 10 kg. Who I’m I to say no. Lol.

So far I have lost 5. I’m starting to look skinny and I’m not liking it too much. Reason is becuase I am a daughter of mumbi so you know where the fat is still stuck , your right my tummy and boobs. So I will stick on until my tummy is relatively flat. I would like to loose only another 3 kg.

As for the inches soo far I have lost 3 from my waist and 4 from my beloved hips.
